You agree to comply with the policies and limitations concerning the use of the Decimal to Hexadecimal service, including, without limitation, the maximum consumed time ("conversion credits") of conversions done through the service. You agree not to bypass these policies by any means.
You agree to not reverse-compile or decompile, analyze, reverse-engineer, reverse-assemble or disassemble, unlock or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of Decimal to Hexadecimal or attempt to do any of the foregoing in relation to the Decimal to Hexadecimal service.
You agree to only use the Decimal to Hexadecimal API as an integral component of your software which adds significant value and substantial functionality. For greater certainty, you agree to not offer a raw file conversion service as stand-alone product using the Decimal to Hexadecimal API.
We guarantee 99.99% uptime. If we fail, you get your money back.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to make each service available with a monthly uptime percentage of at least 99.99%. The monthly uptime percentage is calculated by subtracting from 100% the percentage of minutes during the month in which the service is not available. In the event Decimal to Hexadecimal does not meet this availability, you will be eligible to receive a refund as described below.
In the event of noncompliance, you get 1% of the total amount of the last invoice, per 10 minutes of unavailability, limited to 100% of the total invoice amount. To receive a refund, you must submit a claim, which contains at least the following information:

We do not make backups of your files for data protection reasons. We are not liable for damages caused by using our service.
While we try to ensure that our service is error free, we cannot guarantee that your files will not be damaged, deleted, or lost. You acknowledge that you have a copy of all files, and Decimal to Hexadecimal will not be responsible for any failure caused by files sent to Decimal to Hexadecimal.
Decimal to Hexadecimal is not liable to you or anyone else for any loss of use, data, goodwill, or profits, whether or not foreseeable and any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever arising from any other claim arising out with your use of the Decimal to Hexadecimal service.
You can terminate your account at anytime. We can terminate your account if you do bad things with our service.
You may stop using Decimal to Hexadecimal at any time. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligation to pay any outstanding fees.
We may, at any time, terminate your right to use and access the Decimal to Hexadecimal service if you breach any provision of these terms, if you fail to make the timely payment or if we are required to do so by law. We reserve the right to close your account with 30 days notice if it does not make sense for us to continue business with you for commercial reasons.
We may change, update, or discontinue parts of the service or the service iin its entirety without liability to you or anyone else. If we discontinue Decimal to Hexadecimal in its entirety then we will notify you at least 30 days prior to termination.

You are responsible only for the data (e.g., files, URLs) that you send to the Decimal to Hexadecimal service. Decimal to Hexadecimal does not monitor customer content. Please remember that illicit exchanges of recordings and protected works and hacking harm artistic creation. And please respect the laws in force, especially those concerning intellectual and artistic property.
